About the role:
We are looking for a Finance Executive to support our Finance and Accounting who manages budgets, forecasts and reports. We are looking for the one who provides strategic financial guidance and aligns financial goals with overall objectives of the company and learning from the Finance Manager and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
● Update and maintain project/client data to support decision-making and accurate reporting.
● Create and publish charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.
● Ensure timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.
● Prepare, discuss, and document detailed reports on projects and clients, identifying issues.
● Invoice clients promptly for services, handle queries, and coordinate with internal contacts.
● Resolve vendor disputes, ensure invoices are entered timely, and reconcile statements of accounts.
● Manage monthly and annual GST return filings for compliance with Indian regulations.
● Handle monthly TDS filings for the Indian entity and assist with compliance audits.
You Should Apply if You:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. CA Inter Pass is an added advantage
● 3+ years of experience in a Finance team
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong decision-making skills
● Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details
● Well versed with MS Office, Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
